A Dream about going to see a Movie.

The Movie

B and I are going to the movies with a group of friends in Hollywood. We enter the theater. I realize then that we are all wearing kippot and are all Jews.

I sit next to B, but he tells me to go and sit by "David." I belong with David he says. I move one seat and for while converse with the person next to me. However, B keeps standing up and loudly instructing me to sit by this David person whom I don't even know. In the dream, I feel very hurt by this and want to be as close B as possible. So I keep moving down the row and the process keeps repeating. Finally, I sit next to someone for quite a while with whom I feel comfortable. Just as I am settling in, B stands up from the head of the row and tells me in no uncertain terms to go sit by David at once. I go to the end of the row where there is a sullen looking young man who appears hurt as if to say "What took you so long?" Suddenly, there is a major earthquake. Everyone panics except me. I have some knowledge that no one else there has and it has to do with my Christian faith. I know the way out. If we proceed towards this exit we will be safe I instruct our group of friends. We head toward the exit and the dream ends.
